DELCO stands for delivery and carryout. Each Gatti's Pizza Delivery & Carryout facility is a huge portfolio builder for Gatti's Pizza. Our Gatti's DELCO facilities are smoke-free and attract a loyal following from delivery and carryout customers.

A Gatti's Pizza facility with/without a game room features unbeatable All You Care-To-Eat buffets with great-tasting pizzas, fresh pastas, crisp salads and desserts. All Gatti's Pizza facilities are smoke-free, family-friendly restaurants. All locations are designed with bright, energetic colors. We configure each Gatti's Pizza facility with an efficient kitchen, and we can even outfit it to handle robust carryout and delivery services.

A GattiTown is a "destination" facility that is frequented by birthday parties, sports banquets and corporate outings. All GattiTown locations are smoke-free, family-friendly restaurants. In addition to serving the same high-quality Gatti's Pizza buffet, all GattiTowns feature immense midways that include rides for children, virtual reality games, video games and even bumper cars. What is the prototypical size for each of the Gatti's Pizza concepts?

Gatti's Pizza DELCO Unit

With sizes ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 sq. ft., this configuration is well suited for retail strip centers, preferably on an end cap, as well as in a freestanding location.

Gatti's Pizza with/without Delivery/Carryout and a game room

Sizes can vary from 3,000 to 5,000 sq. ft., but they can also be built to be more than 10,000 sq. ft. in strip centers or as freestanding locations. Larger spaces include game rooms with video games and multiple, giant flat-screen TV entertainment venues that are perfect for viewing sports events.

GattiTown

Locations range from 18,000 to 40,000 sq. ft., but we've found that 20,000-25,000 sq. ft. is the optimal size to work with. These facilities are typically anchored within large strip centers.

How long does it take to be approved to become a Gatti's Pizza franchisee?

The approval process includes our review of the initial application and the complete financial packet. The next step is for the applicant to complete a market visit and a Discovery Day at the Gatti's Pizza Corporate Support Center. After that, it can take an additional 45 to 60 days for an applicant to be approved as a Gatti's Pizza franchisee.

What is the term of the Franchise Agreement? Does Gatti's Pizza offer financing?

The term of a Gatti's Pizza Franchise Agreement is 10 years. Gatti's Pizza does not offer financing, but we can refer new franchisees to an approved lender if needed.

Any member of the investment group who has 50% + ownership in the deal.

Who executes the lease agreement on an approved site?

The franchisee signs the lease agreement. Gatti's Pizza does not sign lease agreements.
